9 With the manufacturing base dead in Town and University enrollment down across the broad do you think the Town and University are taking the situation seriously?

(Town-Gown) growing away from the Town Grown based economy.

-          Basically not being part of (Town-Gown) crowd.

-          Tell audience the term Town and gown are two distinct communities of a university town; "town" being the non-academic population and "gown" being the university community
